Keragon is the HIPAA-compliant AI automation platform for healthcare. Healthcare teams build no-code Workflows and AI Agents across 300+ integrations. Every plan includes unlimited users, a BAA, HIPAA compliance, and SOC 2 Type II. There is a 14-day free trial (no credit card) and no free plan. Annual billing saves about 33% versus monthly. Professional and Scale Up are the "most popular" tiers. Support is cumulative: each tier includes everything in the tier below it.

## Workflow runs and AI credits

Runs and AI credits are two separate meters. Both reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Keragon sends alerts as you approach your limits, plus controls to cap spend.

- **Workflow run:** one execution of a published workflow, start to finish. Test runs are free; failed runs count.
- **AI credit:** powers AI Agents. Each agent action, such as drafting a reminder or summarizing an intake, uses a few credits depending on the task. When the monthly pool is used up, agents pause.

AI credits: Starter includes a pool capped at 5,000/mo (no additional credits). Professional, Scale Up, and Enterprise include a pool plus discounted additional credits (33%, 50%, and 60% off respectively). The 14-day trial includes AI credits.

### Workflows (all plans)
No-code builder, HIPAA-compliant integration engine, universal HTTP connector, webhook triggers, multi-step and draft workflows, logic and data helpers, and dynamic field mapping. Each workflow can include up to 100 steps (a fair usage policy applies). Minimum polling interval: 5 minutes on Starter and Professional, 1 minute on Scale Up and Enterprise.

Self-help, AI Co-pilot, community forums, and the certified automation experts marketplace on all plans. Professional adds standard email support; Scale Up adds priority support; Enterprise adds a dedicated customer success manager, an SLA, and a dedicated workflow engineer.

### Compliance and security (all plans)
HIPAA-compliant with a BAA (Standard on paid plans, Custom on Enterprise), SOC 2 Type II, and an encrypted secrets store. HIPAA attestation and SOC 2 Type II reports from an independent auditor, plus a penetration testing report, are available on request. Audit logs are on-demand on Starter, Professional, and Scale Up, and always-on for Enterprise.

### Reliability and hosting (all plans)
Hosted on AWS with elastic scalability, execution monitoring, auto-retry, alerting, and static public IPs. Multi-region and VPC peering are Enterprise only.

### Team and billing
Google SSO on all plans. SSO via SAML and LDAP, RBAC, and invoice billing are Enterprise only. Starter, Professional, and Scale Up bill monthly or annually; Enterprise is annual only.
