No — you don’t need any coding skills. Keragon is a no-code platform for healthcare professionals. Build and test complex workflows visually, without writing a single line of code. (Code is supported for advanced cases, but it’s optional.)
Can my whole team use Keragon?
Yes — and we don’t charge per user. All plans support unlimited users at no extra cost. Invite colleagues and staff to collaborate on your workflows and data. Whether you have 2 or 20 people, your plan price stays the same.
What kind of support and onboarding will we receive?
Every user gets Help Center guides, tutorials, and community forums 24/7. Professional and above add direct email support (typically within one business day, faster with Priority on Scale Up). Enterprise customers receive premium onboarding, a dedicated account manager or workflow engineer, customized training, and guaranteed response SLAs.
What if we need help building our workflows or a specific solution?
Use our tutorials, template workflows, and AI Co-pilot to build on your own — or get hands-on help. Our support team guides best practices, and our network of Keragon-certified automation experts can build complex workflows for you. Enterprise customers get a dedicated workflow engineer.
Is Keragon HIPAA-compliant?
Yes — Keragon is fully HIPAA-compliant. We undergo regular independent third-party audits, and we can provide a HIPAA attestation report for your records. Your patients’ data is handled with the highest care and security.
Will Keragon sign a BAA (Business Associate Agreement)?
Yes. We provide our standard BAA for all plans. If your organization requires us to sign your own custom BAA, we can accommodate that for Enterprise customers — with a one-time fee for the legal review by our HIPAA compliance attorneys.
Is Keragon secure?
Absolutely. We employ enterprise-grade security to protect your data. Keragon is independently audited and SOC 2 Type II compliant, in addition to being HIPAA-compliant, and follows industry best practices (encryption, continuous monitoring). Read more in our Trust Center.
How do I choose the right plan for my need?
Starter suits solo practitioners or small clinics; Professional fits growing practices and digital health startups; Scale Up is for high-volume groups; Enterprise is custom (custom limits, SLAs, dedicated support). Not sure? Start on a free trial and upgrade anytime — our team is happy to help.
When will I be billed for my plan?
We charge at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly plans bill at the beginning of each month; annual plans are paid upfront for the year at a discounted rate. No surprise mid-cycle bills.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Change your plan anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated); downgrades can be scheduled for the next cycle so you keep what you’ve paid for.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes — you’re not locked into a long-term contract. Cancel anytime by contacting us. No cancellation fees, and you keep access for the remainder of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Sign up for a free trial on our website (no credit card required) and get full access to Keragon for 14 days.
Do you offer any discounts (e.g. annual or non-profit)?
Yes. Annual billing gives a significant discount (roughly 33% off vs. monthly). We also offer special pricing for non-profits and certain mission-driven providers — just contact us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via our secure Stripe payment system for standard plans. For Enterprise, we can also accommodate invoicing or wire transfers.
What's the difference between workflow runs and AI credits?
They're two separate meters. A workflow run is one execution of a workflow you've built. AI credits power your AI agents — each agent action uses a few. Every plan includes a monthly pool of both.
What is an AI credit?
Credits are how AI agent work is measured. Each action an agent takes — like drafting a reminder or summarizing an intake — uses a few credits, depending on the task.
How far do AI credits go?
It depends on the task and how much AI work it needs — simple actions use just a few credits, while longer, multi-step tasks use more. Your free trial is the best way to see how far your credits go for your own workflows.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
Your agents pause when your monthly pool is used up. You can add an extra pack of credits or move up a plan to keep going — and we alert you before you reach your limit, so there are no surprises.
Do AI credits roll over?
No. Your AI credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, the same as your workflow runs.
Can I try agents during the free trial?
Yes. Your 14-day free trial includes AI credits so you can put agents to work on real data before you commit — no credit card required.
Will my current plan or price change?
No. AI credits are added to every plan at no change to your price, workflow runs, or limits. If you're an existing customer, nothing about your current plan changes.
What can AI agents do on my behalf?
Agents act only within the tools you connect and the permissions you grant. For sensitive actions, you can require a human checkpoint — a person approves before the agent proceeds.
Will an agent give the same output every time?
AI agents can vary their wording from one run to the next — that's the nature of AI. Keragon adds maintained evaluations, safety rules, and human checkpoints so agent behavior stays reliable and reviewable.
Are AI agents HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Agents run on the same HIPAA-compliant platform as your workflows, covered by your BAA, with SOC 2 Type II controls, maintained safety rules, and audit logging.
Can I bring my own LLM?
Bringing your own LLM provider is available on Enterprise. Talk to us about your setup.
What is a workflow in Keragon?
In Keragon, a workflow is an automated series of steps (actions or events) that you set up to connect your apps and perform tasks automatically. You configure it once, and Keragon runs those steps for you whenever needed — saving you time on routine work.
What is a workflow run?
A “workflow run” is each time your workflow executes from start to finish. Every time a workflow you’ve built completes its process, it counts as one workflow run.
How do I estimate how many workflow runs I’ll need?
It depends on how many processes you automate. As a rule of thumb, think about how often your workflows will trigger — e.g. if you automate appointment scheduling and have 300 appointments a month, that workflow runs 300 times. We’re happy to help you estimate based on your use case.
How many workflows can I create, and what does “published workflows” mean?
You can create as many workflows as you’d like. Each plan includes a limit on how many can be active (“published”) at once — Starter up to 3, Professional up to 15, Scale Up up to 100. Save additional workflows as drafts or swap which are active. Limits can be increased by upgrading or with a custom plan.
Are there any limits on my workflows or usage?
Keragon has a fair usage policy to ensure stable performance, but in practice the main limit is that each individual workflow can include up to 100 steps. Run as many workflows as your plan allows, and upgrade or purchase extra runs if you need more.
What happens if I use up all my workflow runs for the month?
We’ll send email alerts as you approach your plan’s run limit. If you go over your included runs, your workflows won’t stop — additional runs are billed at the per-run rate of your plan on your next invoice.
Do unused workflow runs roll over?
No, unused runs don’t roll over. Your workflow run count resets each billing period, so each cycle starts fresh with your full allotment.
Which workflow runs count toward my usage (billable runs)?
Any run of a published workflow, successful or failed, counts — whether one or multiple steps execute. Test runs (in test mode while building or debugging) do NOT count. We only count real, published workflow executions.
Which healthcare integrations does Keragon support?
Keragon supports 300+ integrations with popular healthcare systems — major EHR/EMR platforms, scheduling and telehealth tools, communication systems, and more. We’re always adding new ones; for the latest or specialized connectors, get in touch.
What if Keragon doesn’t have an integration I need?
A few options: use our Universal Connector (HTTP/REST + webhooks, to connect virtually any system with an API), request an integration (we add new ones from customer feedback), or build a custom integration (our engineers or partners can help for unique enterprise systems).
What is Keragon MCP?
Keragon MCP is a secure way to connect your own AI client — like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — to 300+ healthcare tools under your BAA, with least-privilege access and full audit logging.
How much does Keragon MCP cost?
Keragon MCP is free during beta, with a limit of 100 tool calls per day on every plan. Full pricing will be announced before beta ends — beta users get advance notice and a discount.
What counts as an MCP tool call?
A tool call is each time your connected AI client invokes a Keragon tool through MCP — an action it takes or a piece of data it looks up. The beta limit is 100 tool calls per day.
Do MCP tool calls use my AI credits?
No — they’re separate meters. AI credits power Keragon’s own AI agents; MCP tool calls are counted on their own (100/day, free during beta). Using MCP doesn’t draw down your AI credit pool.
What happens to MCP pricing after the beta?
We’ll announce MCP pricing before the beta ends and give you time to choose how to proceed. Beta users get advance notice and a discount when pricing takes effect.
Is MCP free for developers building MCP clients?
Yes — software vendors building MCP clients get free access during the beta. Reach out and we’ll get you set up.
