Do I need to know how to code?
Nope - in most cases, you can design & test complex workflows without writing any code.
How many workflow runs do I need?
Depends on your business, but if you have built a workflow for appointment scheduling and then you have 300 patient appointments every month, at the end of the month you will have 300 workflow runs.
Are there any limits on my workflow runs?
Fair usage policy applies and a single workflow cannot have more than 100 tasks attached to it.

Do you sign a BAA?
Yes - for all plans we offer to sign our standard BAA. If you need us to sign your own BAA, there will be an extra one-time charge as we need to involve our specialist HIPAA lawyers for the review.

What happens if I run out of workflow runs?
You will receive email reminders when you approach your plan limits, and if you exceed the limits you will be billed at our standard rate at the next payment cycle.
What happens with unused workflow runs at the end of the term?
Any unused workflow runs will expire at the end of the month.
Which plan is the most suitable for me?
If you need custom limits, strict SLAs, specific pricing requirements, custom configurations and access to advanced features we recommend considering the Enterprise plan.
When am I billed?
At the beginning of your subscription and then on a monthly/annual basis, depending on your plan.
What if I want to change my plan?
You can easily upgrade/downgrade your plan - please get in touch.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
If you no longer wish to use Keragon, you may cancel at any time.
