What to expect when you apply.
We’d love to get to know you - and for you to get to know us. Here’s what you can typically expect from our hiring process. For some senior roles, the number or order of interviews may vary.
The process starts with a brief prescreening step, followed by an introductory conversation with a recruiter or hiring manager. We’ll get to know each other, discuss your experience, and understand what you’re looking for in your next role.
This step helps us better understand how you approach problems and how you work. We take this part of the process seriously, as it gives us valuable insight into your fit for the role.
You’ll meet with several members of the team you’d be joining. This session is designed to be engaging and well-structured. We’ll provide clear guidance in advance so you feel prepared and confident.
This is an opportunity to meet our co-founders and learn more about the company, our vision, and what we’re building. It’s also our final step to understand how you can contribute to the broader mission and direction of the company.
As we approach the final stage, we’ll ask for references to better understand your strengths, experience, and contributions. We’ll also conduct background checks as part of our HIPAA compliance requirements. This helps us gain a well-rounded view of your past impact and ensures we meet regulatory standards.
