- Keragon retrieves the patient's record from Healthie
- The workflow checks whether the patient meets the criteria for an SMS reminder
- If conditions are met, a personalized appointment reminder is sent via Spruce Health
- Patients who don't qualify are automatically skipped — no unnecessary messages sent
