Creates a client and assigns them to your caseload immediately. First name, last name and email are required. Client emails are not unique, so a collision returns a confirmable 409 listing the possible duplicates — override it with Confirm duplicate email. Returns the new client and its ID.

Updates one client on your caseload. Only the fields you fill in change; anything left empty keeps its current value, so a partial update never wipes the rest of the record. The email address cannot be changed here. A client who is not yours is reported as not found.
