Keragon Anti-Spam Policy

Keragon Inc. (“Keragon”, “we”, “us”) does not send unsolicited commercial email, and we do not permit anyone else to send it on our behalf or to promote keragon.com, app.keragon.com or any Keragon product or service. This policy applies to Keragon, its employees and contractors, the agencies that work for us, participants in our affiliate and partner programs, and customers using the Keragon platform.

1. Who we email

We send email only to people who have a direct relationship with Keragon:

• people who created a Keragon account;
• people who submitted a form on our website requesting information, a demo or content;
• existing customers, about their account and the service.

We do not buy, rent, scrape or otherwise acquire email lists from third parties, and we do not send to addresses we did not collect ourselves.

2. What every commercial email from us contains

Every marketing or promotional email we send:

• identifies Keragon as the sender and uses a genuine From address on a domain Keragon controls;
• states our postal address;
• includes a working one-click unsubscribe link, honored automatically and immediately;
• is authenticated with SPF and DKIM.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive where they apply, and with equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

3. Staff, contractors and agencies

Keragon employees, contractors and any agency acting for us may not send bulk or unsolicited email promoting Keragon, may not use purchased, rented or scraped lists, and may not send from domains or systems other than those Keragon operates for that purpose. Violation of this policy is grounds for termination of employment or contract.

4. Affiliates and partners

Participants in our Affiliate Program and Integration Partners Program are contractually prohibited from sending spam or bulk unsolicited email promoting Keragon (see our Affiliate Program Terms, section 3.4, and Integration Partners Program Agreement). We terminate the accounts and withhold the commissions of any affiliate or partner found to be doing so.

5. Customers using the Keragon platform

Our Terms of Service (sections 4.2 and 4.3) prohibit customers from using Keragon to send unsolicited messages or spam. We investigate reports and suspend accounts that violate this rule.

6. Reporting abuse

If you have received an unsolicited email that promotes Keragon, or that appears to come from Keragon, please forward it with its full headers to legal@keragon.com. We investigate every report and will tell you what we found.

To stop receiving email from Keragon, use the unsubscribe link in any message or write to the same address.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
