These forms are sent electronically to the patient for signature, and upon completion, they are automatically stored within the patient's record in BestNotes. Streamlined Treatment Plan Approvals:  

For treatment plans that require patient or guardian approval, once the plan is prepared in BestNotes, it is sent directly to the relevant parties via Adobe Sign. The signed treatment plan is automatically updated in the patient's BestNotes file, ensuring that healthcare providers have the most current documentation. This enhances communication between providers and patients, reduces administrative overhead, and ensures that treatment plans are promptly approved and accurately recorded.
